How we keep your child safe

Nourio Buddies is made by the Nourio team for families who order Nourio. These are our promises.

1. A grown-up does it. Only the phone number that ordered Nourio can sign in, and the face maker asks a grown-up check first.
2. The photo is used once to draw a cartoon face, then deleted. We never keep the real photo.
3. To draw it, the photo goes for a few seconds to Google's paid AI picture service, which does not keep it or learn from it.
4. Only your family sees the cartoon face, on a phone signed in with your number. Friends and anyone tapping the keychain see the normal buddy.
5. We keep your child's first name and age only. No surname, no school, no birthday.
6. The face is never used in ads, never used to train AI, and never shared.
7. You can delete the face, or everything, any time in Grown-ups. If nobody plays for 6 months, we delete it all by ourselves.
8. No chat, no public rankings. Kids can't message anyone, and nobody outside your family sees your child.

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Questions or requests: hello@gonourio.com or the Nourio hotline 0938 253 1436.
